Customers may request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged for any reason within this period.

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must:

* Be returned in original condition;
* Include original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation;
* Show no signs of washing, alteration, damage, or misuse.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the return or exchange request will be processed.

For international returns and exchanges:

* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
* Exchange shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
* Any customs, brokerage, handling, storage, transportation, or import-related expenses associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

These charges are determined by local authorities in the destination country and are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Business Fashion TR does not collect, control, calculate, or guarantee such charges.

The customer agrees that:

* Local taxes and import duties are their responsibility.
* Customs charges are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.
* Refusal to pay customs charges does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.
